Scope of Work:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the business through partnerships, mergers, and new markets.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights to improve performance and maximize growth.
  • Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments
  • Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage daily operations, including contract negotiations and sales plans.
  • Assess risks involved with new initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met.
  Skills Required
  • Possess a strong business competency and good communication skills with a record of excellent acceptance by customers at all levels.
  • Good command of English language, both written & spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.


15 years or more experience in sales with a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team in sales of projects and solutions. Experience in managing complex and strategic sales cycles. Exposure to electrical and automation markets




Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering


15 years or more experience in sales in a related field
