The Oil & Gas sector represents a huge part of ASEC Automation expansion plans. Therefore, we are pleased to announce a new collaboration with TAQA Oil Marketing to carry out a full integrated electrical works in Alexandria on an area of ​​40,000 square meters.

ASEC Automation (ASA) has successfully completed the electromechnical work for Al Ahly SC 1000-car parking garage in Nasr City branch. The inauguration of the garage was attended by the Youth & Sports Minister, Cairo Governor, and ASA General Manager Mr. Mohamed Abdel Razek.

ASEC Automation (ASA) warns the public at large (individuals – companies) against dealing with Mr. Lahcan Abellaoui, who used to work as the Head of the Commercial Department in the company. He is not a representative for the company, although he has been using a name, trademark, and web domain similar to our ASA company data. Following this, he is trying to contact the company clients and others, taking advantage of the name of “ASEC Automation (ASA),” the trademark of “ASA” and the website “www.assaaoutomation.net.” All of which is resembling the company’s original copyrights. Consequently, confusion occurs among customers with violation of the work contract, previously concluded with him, and the provisions of applicable laws.

Therefore, the company has taken all criminal and civil legal measures against him to preserve its rights and the rights of its customers, including a lawsuit before the Economic Court No. 2721 for the FY 2020 demanding compensation for unlawful competition acts and forcing him to refrain from exploiting the name and data of the company.

ASA Automation, an Egyptian joint stock company established in 1997, reports illegal actions carried out by a group of individuals who are using the company name, trademark, and a similar website domain for their dealings while promoting false information about a member of ASEC Holding family which is also part of Qalaa Holdings.

Consequently, we announce that all legal measures have been taken to counter these attempts and also disclaim responsibility for any involvement, with those individuals, that might be subjected to fall under the penalty of law!

During the Egyptian embassy in the Philippines reception on the occasion of Egypt’s National Day, which remarkably collides with ASA Pacific first anniversary, our CEO, Mr. Michel Kornienko met with his Excellency Ambassador Ahmed Ezzat and other group of the senior Diplomatic Corp in Manilla.
